Dr. Lalit Banswal is an experienced Cancer Specialist in Pune and a surgical oncologist in Pune with surgical experience of more than 15 years. Presently he is working as the Consultant Senior Cancer Surgeon at Ruby wanowrie Pune.

He has completed his MBBS from MIMER Medical College Pune. He has done his Master's of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery from the prestigious government medical College of Goa which is one of the oldest medical colleges in India. He has refined his skill in Surgical Oncology by doing Fellowship in Surgical oncology from the esteemed institute of Tata Cancer Center in Kolkata. He was working as a consultant Surgical oncologist and Robotic surgeon at HCG cancer center Nashik for a period of 3 yrs. He is awarded an Honours doctorate in Oncology (Ph.D.) in 2023. In 2023 he is awarded Maharashtra Ratna Award by the hands of the honorable education minister Mr. Deepak Kesarkar Saheb (Minister of Education and Minister of Marathi Language, Government of Maharashtra)

He has performed more than 18000+ complex surgeries since 2010. Dr. Lalit Banswal is a highly trained cancer specialist in Pune with experience as an expert in minimally invasive cancer surgeries including robotic and laparoscopic surgeries
