Advanced neonatal ventilators and other sophisticated monitoring devices , phototherapy units and neonatal surgical units are manned 24/7 by highly experienced and trained staff. The team includes specialist doctors, neonatal intensivists, Pediatric Cardiologist, neonatal nurses and support staff with all in-house facilities on standby. In fact, another important requirement in neonatal care is the nurse to patient ratio. Like its international counterparts, Ruby Hall Clinic Wanowarie offers a 1:1 ratio with one nurse for every sick baby.
